1. Return / Exchange Request Timeline
- All return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Requests raised after 5 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or refunds are applicable only for:
- Incorrect product received
- Defective or damaged product
- Misprinted item
- For size, print, or color issues, photo or video proof must be provided.
- Minor size variations (±0.5 inch) are considered acceptable and not eligible for return.
- Used, worn, or customized products are not eligible for return unless the defect is verified and approved by our quality team.

- A clear unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory for all damage-related claims.
- No claim will be entertained for damages caused during unpacking unless supported by video evidence.
- Size or fitting-related claims must include visible measurement proof in the submitted media.
4. Return Process
- Our FUN Bore Support Team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your address.
- Pickup and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
- No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Only replacement or exchange is offered for approved return cases.
- FUN Bore’s decision on all return or replacement matters will be considered final and binding.
