- All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days of placement.
- For urgent orders placed before 9:00 AM, we offer same-day fulfillment whenever possible.
- Most orders are handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours of confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within:
- 2–5 business days across India, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Delivery times may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, destination, and payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a standard fee of ₹59 (GST included) applies.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Free Shipping
- Free shipping may be available for select orders based on total cart value, delivery location, and payment mode.
- Orders using COD may not qualify for free shipping offers.
6. Shipping Coverage
We proudly offer India-wide delivery to all serviceable locations covered by our courier partners. If your area is currently unserviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.
- You can monitor your shipment’s real-time status through the provided tracking information.
